Socialize your company's Business Extra account number with employees to ensure they include it in every reservation — no matter how they book. Below are quick references and links to specific online guides to help (feel free to forward this email to your employees).

Learn the two ways you can add the account number to a reservation - during the booking process or through your aa.com profile.

American Airlines Reservations

Employees can call American Airlines Reservations and ask the agent to include the account number in a reservation.


  • In the U.S. and Canada, contact our Meeting Services Desk at 800-433-1790.
  • Outside of the U.S. and Canada, contact your local reservation office or ticket office.

Travel agency

Travel agencies can add your Business Extra account number to every reservation they book for your employees.

Existing reservations

Need to add the account number to an existing reservation? No problem — email Business Extra customer service at business.extra@aa.com or call 800-457 - 7072 to have your number added.
