Take 5 minutes and enroll in the Business Extra program*. Tell us a little about you and your company and your new Business Extra account number will be immediately generated. During enrollment you can designate a Travel Manager to manage the account; this person will have the ability to track all company activity and receive notifications of special offers to boost earning potential. After you've enrolled, you can add additional Travel Managers as desired.

Add your company's Business Extra number when employees book business travel. Once they fly, the company earns 1 point for every $5 spent** on qualifying flights. (And employees also earn their individual AAdvantage® miles!)

Once your company has reached at least $5,000 in qualifying travel with at least three employees and you're ready to redeem, go to the Awards Chart to convert the points you've earned into travel rewards.

That's it! Once enrolled, your company can start earning immediately and be on your way to redeeming points for over 60 unique travel awards.
