Points Now Post Daily
Get your points faster
You spoke, we listened. Your Business Extra points are now posting to your account daily based on your flight activity. With quicker access to your earned points, you can redeem awards sooner. This is one step toward making our program easier to use, so stay tuned for more exciting updates coming soon.
How it works
It works like a credit card statement:
- Base points post throughout the month, within 2 to 3 days of your flight
- Promotional points post based on the terms and conditions of the individual promotion
- Statements are available once the processing period closes
The transactions tab now includes a daily point summary; these totals correspond with the post date on the flights tab.
The flights tab has a new Date Posted column that corresponds with the daily point summary on the transactions tab.
Flight credit requests
The flight credit request process is the same - the statement period must be closed before submitting a request.
American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Card
American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Card rebate and bonus point processes are the same.
